KidCheck has a complete volunteer/employee check-in system. This system allows you to specify specific individuals that you want to authorize as a volunteer/employee for your facility and allow them to check-in as such.
The check-in process is very similar to a guardian checking in their child. In fact, the volunteer/employee can check in their own children and themselves at once from the same screen. An authorized volunteer/employee simply sees an additional section during the check-in process to allow them to check themselves in.
Once a volunteer/employee checks themselves in, KidCheck can optionally print out a volunteer name badge for the person depending on your selected options. The printout would be on the label printer attached to the check-in station and provides easy identification without having to worry about lost name badges each week.
Additionally, KidCheck offers a built-in template to make creating laminated name badges simple & easy. In the Standard edition and above, there is a built in Avery name badge template that you can use to easily create a permanent, full-color name badge.
