All of our products are billed based on the number of check-in stations you need at one time. Administrative computers (not running check-in) are always free. A check-in station license can be easily moved from one system to another and are portable should you need to change or move your licenses as your needs change. You can add additional licenses at any time or upgrade your edition instantly should you need to.

***Campus Edition has the same features as the Premium Edition, it is licensed per campus location instead of per check-in station.

Depending on your specific setup and requirements, you may wish to purchase label printers, barcode readers or additional accessories. These are not required to run KidCheck, but may provide your parents with a better experience at your facility.
