Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

LOVE the customer service and helpfulness of staff. They are patient with any and all question, they never felt like we were asking too much or made us feel “small” if we didn’t understand something. The staff is superb! Thank you! We like KidCheck and its national scope.

I have been very impressed with KidCheck’s trouble shooting over the phone whenever we have had a question. KidCheck has been very accommodating and thorough.

We really like it! Easy to use and maintain– it’s what we need for now and the capabilities are there for when we need more.

KidCheck as been a great addition to our Day Camp program. Parents love the additional security and I love that I don’t have to read everyone’s handwriting!
