90 Day Guarantee, Cancellation, and Returns Policy
Cancellations of KidCheck within 90 days from the date of purchase are eligible for a full refund of subscription fees. Any hardware, barcode scanners, printers, labels, and other items purchased are excluded, even if they are purchased through KidCheck.
Cancellations made beyond 90 days are not eligible for any refund in exception to customers who have paid in full for 12 months. In such a case, the unused balance will be refunded minus up front payment discounts.

Unopened items sold and fulfilled by KidCheck within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Simply contact KidCheck support, and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
KidCheck does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items purchased from sellers other than KidCheck
- Unused consumable items such as Labels and Keytags (unless damaged during shipping or material defect)
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Any hardware that is opened or used
