KidCheck Shipping Policy

Carriers & Rates

All orders are shipped via FedEx.  The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight of the products, destination, and the FedEx shipping method chosen. Customers do have the ability to see shipping and handling costs before placing the order.

Turnaround & Delivery Times

Delivery times are dependent on product availability, shipping destination, and shipping method.

Generally, orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days.  If an item’s availability will require a longer turnaround time, a note will be made next to the item in the online store.

FedEx offers a variety of shipping methods to choose from:

  • FedEx Ground (3-5 business days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (3 business days)
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (delivered by 3 pm)
  • FedEx International Economy

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

When the order has been shipped, a confirmation email (including the tracking number) will be sent from FedEx to the email address included on the order.  If this confirmation email seems to not have been sent by the expected date, please remember to check your spam folder.
