Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

KidCheck presents a professional program that sends a message to our parents and congregation that our children are valued and protected.

I am a fan of KidCheck. It is user friendly and the service is excellent.

KidCheck has streamlined our children’s ministry check-in process! We used to have two volunteers print off name tags as kids arrived, but now parents print them off themselves while being able to update any security info and leaving special notes! Lots of our parents love the ability to receive a text when their child has been successfully checked in or out!

I manage Kidstation here at Erie Community Center in Erie, Co. and am responsible for getting started and any ongoing developments and adjustments with KidCheck. We are very impressed with the system and have received outstanding support. Dan was our setup contact and helped us tirelessly and professionally through a roll out. Monica also helped tremendously with fine tuning and for the creation of our “waitlist” template for our busiest days and continued dialogue for any random questions or needs.
