Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

I just wanted to let you know that the customer service Sam provided for me tonight was awesome! I unfortunately had to work late and Sam allowed me to call him really late. He worked hard for an hour or so to get the kinks worked out on my Mac. I am pleased that everything is working great and I will have a check in system for our busiest morning (Easter Sunday). I just wanted to thank you and your team! And a special thanks to Sam for the patience and hard work. You now have a committed customer who wont be looking for any new check in systems anytime soon.

I like that it’s web based, cheap and flexible enough that allowed us to just acquire some basic computers and go!

The registration and children’s ministry team at King Street have been nothing short of fully impressed with KidCheck. Our leaders love it, our Pastor’s love it and most importantly our parents love it – even the kids know how to check themselves in. The KidCheck program has alleviated so much time spent on generating attendance reports and checking in on classrooms. It has made our online event registration so much smoother and parents are able to check in their kids with full confidence, knowing that all their information is safe and secure. I’m really not…I’m just a very satisfied Children’s Minister who feels KidCheck has forever changed the way I will do ministry!” 🙂 At that point, they laugh and have said were sold on KidCheck!
