Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

KidCheck has been helpful. We went from zero check-in software to KidCheck, so while I had to learn lots of things, KidCheck had videos to walk me through the process. Or if needed it, the support team was helpful in walking me through something.

I love the thoughtful content. KidCheck is well researched and intentional to make it easy to use for secure check in.

After using KidCheck for many years, we decided to leave to use the check-in application connected to our church management system to try to save some money. After just a few weeks, we realized this was a huge mistake. Every week, we found ourselves missing the features and options of KidCheck more and more. We also felt we were putting the safety of our kids at risk to save a few dollars. After talking it over with several parents, we decided to switch back to KidCheck. KidCheck made it very easy to switch back, as all our information was still there. I wish we had never left!
