Customer Feedback – KidCheck Children’s Check-In

I love everything about KidCheck! It makes check-in a breeze! The church also has a small preschool that utilizes KidCheck too and it is perfect for tracking both programs. It also makes payroll verification easy! I love the customer support as well!

KidCheck is a program that specializes in Children’s Ministry. Check-in with phone numbers is great as parents will always know it and it’s black and white, with zero complications of misspelled names, etc. I love the option of entering a phone phone to look up their child. Reports are perfect for what I need.

KidCheck works much better than our previous system! It is reliable and easy to use.

KidCheck makes Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and VBS check-in smooth and easy! It’s a wonderful way to get people’s info and to communicate with them. KidCheck does exactly what I need it to do!

We tried the check-in with our church management system and found it is not made for the needs of children’s ministry and safety. Lesson learned. Returning to KidCheck was the best decision we ever made!

KidCheck has been helpful. We went from zero check-in software to KidCheck, so while I had to learn lots of things, KidCheck had videos to walk me through the process. Or if needed it, the support team was helpful in walking me through something.
