Your success is our success! Whether you’re new to the KidCheck family or have been with us a while, we want you to know we continue to work tirelessly to provide resources to help you get your new check-in system up and running quickly or keep things working smoothly.
Our goal, when you reach out, is to always provide a live, knowledgeable person on the other end, six days a week, including Sunday morning. Support calls don’t have time caps; we stay on the line until you’re happy with the resolution. For our Premium and Campus customer’s we provide Priority Support. Priority Support assigns a dedicated phone number to your account and when you call you bypass existing traffic in the phone cue and are placed at the front of the line. Also, we continue to provide relevant, easy to understand, self-service information and make it readily accessible on our website and within your KidCheck account.
