All check-in data (person, time, and location) is recorded and captured in your check-in logs tab.  If you are on the Standard Edition (or higher), you have the ability to edit your organization’s check-in logs when necessary.

To edit a log:

  1. Click on the Reports tab and select the Logs tab.
  2. To add a checkout time, simply enter the time and click save. To edit a log, click the pencil icon. To delete a log, click the “x” icon. To add a log, click the “Add a Check-in Record” button.
  3. Select Save when you are done making your adjustments.
