This can occur sometimes when a family signing in (i.e. Mr. Jones) does not completely close the screen after checking in and the next person (i.e. Mrs. Smith) inputs their phone number. Unfortunately Mrs. Smith’s phone number has now inadvertently been input into Mr. Jones’ account in the keytag barcode field.
