Promote and Lock Template Locations
Lock Locations within a Template
- Create a template or select Edit next to an existing template.
- Check the box next to Enable Lock Location For Parent.
- Parents will no longer be able to select a location after the first check-in. Administrators will be able to adjust locations with Promote Locations or within the Admin Console.
Promote Locations
- Select the Promote Locations tab.
- Filter your search by Child and Check-In date or filter by Campus, Template, and Location.
- Adjust all locations by selecting the top location or individual locations for each child.
