Mobile check-in uses Dymo LabelWriter printers for printing check-in badges. When you start check-in on an iPad/tablet, you’ll see a list of available Dymo LabelWriter printers and can choose the one you’d like each tablet to print to.

In order for a Dymo LabelWriter printer to appear in your list of available printers for check-in, it needs to be connected to either a KidCheck PrintHub or a computer (either Mac or Windows based) that is on your network and has the KidCheck Client running in the background. You are able to connect multiple Dymo printers to the same KidCheck PrintHub or computer.

Parents completing an Express Check-in from their mobile device will be able to select a printer connected to a KidCheck PrintHub once they are within its Bluetooth range. For a video of that process, click here.

If you need any additional help in regards to printing, please see our tutorials for printing using a KidCheck PrintHub or printing via a computer or contact us.
